Ron’s time line for the New Theater and move.

Monday, December 31, 2007
Ron will be sanding and then painting at new theater
Can use help in the afternoon to do clean up and paint this would allow Ron to start installing the seats.

Tuesday, January 1, 2008
Ron will continue installing seats
Need help with cleaning the new theater and finish painting

Wednesday, January 2, 2008
This is the day to move the props and costumes from the old theater to the new theater
Also the sound system and concession equipment

Thursday, January 3, 2008
Takedown and salvage what we can from the old theater

Friday, January 4, 2008
Install lights and electrical in new theater for the greenroom and concession area

Ron, what's the address of the new theater? The next few days are packed for me, but I think I have Thursday off.

I will be working at the Anaheim Theater
I have more to salvage from the theater
I will start about 9 am.

I am taking Tuesday off
On Wednesday I will be starting at the Anaheim Theater to pick up the sound equipment then I will be finishing up on installing the seats in the new theater

On Thursday, January 31, 2008 Geoff and I will be working again at the New Berubian Theater in Fountain Valley. Come on by after 10:00 am.

Here is what we are going to try to do.

1. Move and add electrical plugs in the concession area.
2. Install counter top in the concession area
3. Install storage shelves in the green room.
4. Install two counter tops in the green room.
5. Install mirrors in green room
6. Install drapery to cover the two stage entrees

I will be at the New Berubian Theater in Fountain Valley, Ca after about 10 am.
I am planning on redoing the VIP Lounge area by extending the deck and installing more seating.
Also there are a couple of security issues that we will be dealing with.

There are other projects that can be done if you show up. Like some painting.
