non-smoker
Sons - 19 and 13. Older one works full time, younger is film/tv actor and
student at Costa Mesa High
Roommate - 22 Male, works full-time in LA
Cat - Mr. Puggles - very tame, loving
No more pets, sorry.
Please be a neat, clean and quiet person. No smoking (nope, not even outside) or heavy drinking at home. Vegetarian preferred.
Utilities are
divided between myself, my son and other two roommates. (4-way split)
