As of right now, I don't think Chris has plans for the OC just yet. He is building a theater in Long Beach. But as i know him, I wouldn't close out the possibility. He misses the OC people. Some of them came up to LA for his birthday, and he was really, really happy for that.

Where in Long Beach? I am from Long Beach...I have known Chris for 9 years now and want to get back into one of his thaters again working on projects. Will it be open soon and does he need any help?

I'm sure he needs help, they are building it right now. It's on the corner of Long Beach Blvd, and Market st, I don't know the exact address. 2nd floor, above a barber shop of some sort.
He wanted to open it in August, but it doesn't look like it'll be ready. So maybe late august.
